Subject to the provisions of this article on breach in installment contracts (Section 7-2-612) and unless otherwise agreed under the sections on contractual limitations of remedy (Sections damages; deposits” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” sessionyear=”2020″ statecd=”AL” title=”7″>7-2-718 and 7-2-719), if the goods or the tender of delivery fail in any respect to conform to the contract, the buyer may:

(a) Reject the whole; or

Terms Used In Alabama Code 7-2-601

  • Buyer: means a person who buys or contracts to buy goods. See Alabama Code 7-2-103
  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.

(c) Accept any commercial unit or units and reject the rest.
