Terms Used In Alabama Code > Title 34 > Chapter 23 > Article 5 - Third Party Prescription Program

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.

  • Third Party Prescription Program: shall mean any system of providing for the reimbursement of pharmaceutical services under a contractual arrangement or agreement between a provider of such services and another party who is not the consumer of those services. See Alabama Code 34-23-111
