Terms Used In Alabama Code > Title 34 > Chapter 27A > Article 2 - Real Estate Appraisal Management Companies

  • Appraisal: A determination of property value.
  • Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
