A person who purchases, receives, or possesses any branded livestock, either as principal or agent, shall exhibit, on request of any person, the bill of sale of the stock. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is punishable as provided in Alaska Stat. § 03.40.120.
