- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.

A person who violates the provisions of Alaska Stat. § 03.40.200 or who wilfully neglects or refuses to do any act therein required is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction is punishable by imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months or by a fine not exceeding $100.
