- department: means the Department of Labor and Workforce Development. See Alaska Statutes 05.20.120
The procedure for review of the orders or actions of the department, its agents or employees, is the same as that contained in Alaska Stat. Chapter 44.62 (Administrative Procedure Act). Administrative hearings on contested cases shall be conducted by the office of administrative hearings (Alaska Stat. § 44.64.010).
