The enumeration of powers in Alaska Stat. § 06.15.350 does not exclude other powers appropriate for the achievement of the objects and purposes of a mutual bank under this chapter. With the approval of the department, a mutual bank may provide for the exercise of other powers in its bylaws, rules, or regulations.
