- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, the conviction under Alaska Stat. § 47.24.010 of a person licensed, certified, or regulated by the department or a board under this title may be considered by the department or board as grounds for disciplinary proceedings or sanctions.
