Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 08.08.075
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
Alaska Stat. § 44.62.310 – 44.62.319 (Open Meetings Act) apply to the meetings of the board. Members of the Alaska Bar and the public shall be given 30 days’ notice of meetings of the board except for emergency meetings. Meetings of the board shall take place in the state.
