The board may, in addition to the actions authorized under Alaska Stat. § 08.01.075, refuse, suspend, or revoke a license, student permit, temporary license, or temporary permit for failure to comply with this chapter, with a regulation adopted under this chapter, with a regulation adopted by the Department of Environmental Conservation under Alaska Stat. § 44.46.020, or with an order of the board.
