(1) has good character;

Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 08.76.110

  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(2) has the experience to engage in business as a pawnbroker;
(3) is fit to engage in business as a pawnbroker;
(4) submits an application as required by the department under Alaska Stat. § 08.01.060; and
(5) pays a fee established by the department under Alaska Stat. § 08.01.065.
