(b) Before the department adopts a regulation to implement Alaska Stat. § 08.76.100 – 08.76.590, the department shall, in addition to any other requirements under Alaska Stat. Chapter 44.62 (Administrative Procedure Act), notify licensees of the proposed regulation. After the regulation is adopted, the department shall send each licensee a copy of the regulation adopted.
