Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 08.84.120
- board: means the State Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Board. See Alaska Statutes 08.84.190
- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
- occupational therapist: means a person who practices occupational therapy. See Alaska Statutes 08.84.190
- occupational therapy: includes
(A) developing daily living, play, leisure, social, and developmental skills. See Alaska Statutes 08.84.190 - occupational therapy assistant: means a person who assists in the practice of occupational therapy under the supervision of an occupational therapist. See Alaska Statutes 08.84.190
- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
- physical therapist: means a person who practices physical therapy. See Alaska Statutes 08.84.190
- physical therapy: means the examination, treatment and instruction of human beings to detect, assess, prevent, correct, alleviate and limit physical disability, bodily malfunction, pain from injury, disease and other bodily or mental conditions and includes the administration, interpretation and evaluation of tests and measurements of bodily functions and structures. - state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
