- commissioner: means the commissioner of commerce, community, and economic development or a designee of the commissioner. See Alaska Statutes 10.06.990
Reservation of a corporate name is made by filing an application with the commissioner. If the commissioner finds that the name is available for corporate use under Alaska Stat. § 10.06.105(d), the commissioner shall reserve it for the exclusive use of the applicant for a period of 120 days.
