Not less than 20 days before the consummation of an organic change under Alaska Stat. § 10.06.530 – 10.06.562, the surviving or new corporation shall deliver to the commissioner
Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 10.06.564
- affiliate: means a person that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, a corporation subject to this chapter. See Alaska Statutes 10.06.990
- alien: means
(A) an individual who is not a citizen or national of the United States, or who is not lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence, or paroled into the United States under 8 U. See Alaska Statutes 10.06.990 - Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- organic change: means a merger, consolidation, share exchange, or sale of assets other than in the regular course of business. See Alaska Statutes 10.06.990
- shares: means the units into which the proprietary interests in a corporation are divided. See Alaska Statutes 10.06.990
