Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 10.20.226
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Two or more domestic corporations may consolidate into a new corporation under a plan of consolidation approved in the manner provided in this chapter.
