Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 10.50.038

  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

The holder of a name reserved under Alaska Stat. § 10.50.030 may transfer the right to the exclusive use of the name to another person by filing a notice of transfer with the department, signed by the holder of the name, and specifying the name and address of the transferee.
