(a) In addition to other penalties imposed for the offense of criminal nonsupport under Alaska Stat. § 11.51.120, the court may suspend, restrict, or revoke, for the period during which the arrearage continues to exist, a recreational license as defined in Alaska Stat. § 09.50.020(c), if the defendant is a natural person.

(b) In addition to other penalties imposed for the offense of aiding the nonpayment of child support in the first degree under Alaska Stat. § 11.51.121 and for the offense of aiding the nonpayment of child support in the second degree under Alaska Stat. § 11.51.122, the court may suspend, restrict, or revoke, for a period not to exceed one year, a recreational license as defined in Alaska Stat. § 09.50.020(c), if the defendant is a natural person.
