Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 13.12.590

  • Irrevocable trust: A trust arrangement that cannot be revoked, rescinded, or repealed by the grantor.
  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
  • Testator: A male person who leaves a will at death.
(2) “testator” means a person who executes a will as a testator;
(3) “trust” means a revocable or irrevocable trust.
