- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
Payment or delivery made in good faith under the provisions of Alaska Stat. § 13.21.015 releases the debtor or person having possession of the personal property to the same extent as if payment or delivery had been made to a local personal representative.
