Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 13.36.105
- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
Unless otherwise provided by the trust instrument, an amendment of the trust instrument, or a court order, the powers of a trustee are attached to the office and are not personal.
