Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 13.38.400

  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.

A trustee may reconvert a trust that has been converted into a unitrust under AS 13.38.300 by following the same procedures provided in AS 13.38.30013.38.435 for converting a trust into a unitrust. If a unitrust is reconverted under this section, the trustee’s power to adjust under AS 13.38.210 applies to the trustee after the reconversion.
