Alaska Statutes 14.18.080 – Implementation

(a) The board shall adopt regulations under Alaska Stat. Chapter 44.62 (Administrative Procedure Act) to implement this chapter.

board: means the state Board of Education and Early Development. See Alaska Statutes 14.60.010

(b) The Board of Regents shall adopt rules under Alaska Stat. § 14.40.170(b)(1) to implement this chapter.
