Alaska Statutes 14.25.008 – Definitions

(1) “plan” means a retirement plan established in Alaska Stat. § 14.25.009 – 14.25.220 or the retirement plan established in Alaska Stat. § 14.25.310 – 14.25.590;

(2) “system” means all retirement plans established under the teachers’ retirement system.
