Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 14.40.360

  • board: means the state Board of Education and Early Development. See Alaska Statutes 14.60.010

The Board of Regents may select the land granted to Alaska by the Act of Congress approved January 21, 1929, as amended, may sell or lease the land, and shall deposit the net income as provided in Alaska Stat. § 14.40.400(a) in conformity with that Act.
