Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 15.07.120
- director: means the director of elections who is the chief elections officer of the state appointed in accordance with Alaska Stat. See Alaska Statutes 15.80.010
- house district: means one of the districts described in art. See Alaska Statutes 15.80.010
- master register: means the list of all registered voters in the state which is maintained by the director of elections. See Alaska Statutes 15.80.010
- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
A master register shall at all times remain in the custody of the director. The person who is the area election supervisor shall likewise maintain a register of all voters within the precincts of the area house district that person supervises.
