A person who violates a provision of Alaska Stat. § 16.40.100 – 16.40.199, a regulation adopted under Alaska Stat. § 16.40.100 – 16.40.199, or a term or condition of a permit issued under Alaska Stat. § 16.40.100 – 16.40.199, is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
