Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 16.40.170

  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

A person who violates a provision of Alaska Stat. § 16.40.10016.40.199, a regulation adopted under Alaska Stat. § 16.40.10016.40.199, or a term or condition of a permit issued under Alaska Stat. § 16.40.10016.40.199, is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
