The commissioner may suspend immediately upon notice a permit issued under Alaska Stat. § 17.20.050 if it is found that the conditions of the permit have been violated. The holder of a suspended permit may apply for the reinstatement of the permit, and the commissioner, immediately after prompt hearing and an inspection of the establishment, shall reinstate the permit if it is found that adequate measures have been taken to comply with and maintain the conditions of the permit as originally issued or as amended.
