Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 19.65.140
- Executive session: A portion of the Senate's daily session in which it considers executive business.
- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
The board shall meet at least four times each year. Meetings may be called by the chair or by a majority of the members of the board. At least one meeting each year must be attended by the board members in person, but all other meetings may be conducted by teleconference. All meetings are open to the public unless an executive session is called based on the criteria in Alaska Stat. § 44.62.310(b).
