Documents, materials, or other information, including the own risk and solvency assessment summary report, that are obtained by, created by, or disclosed to the director or another person under this chapter are confidential and are considered trade secrets and proprietary business information subject to Alaska Stat. § 21.06.060 and Alaska Stat. § 21.22.120. A third-party consultant is subject to the information sharing requirements of Alaska Stat. § 21.22.120(b).
