Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 21.54.040

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

An individual application may not be required from a person covered under a blanket health insurance policy or contract, nor is it necessary for the insurer to furnish each person a certificate.
