Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 21.66.250
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
Except as provided in Alaska Stat. Chapter 34.80, trust funds or assets held in a fiduciary capacity by a title insurance company that is authorized to do a trust business shall be invested in accordance with Alaska Stat. Chapter 06.26.
