The director may adopt a regulation that incorporates by reference the Financial Analysis Handbook published by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Under Alaska Stat. § 44.62.245 (a)(2), in adopting or amending a regulation that incorporates the Financial Analysis Handbook published by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, the director may incorporate future amended versions of the Financial Analysis Handbook published by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
