A member of the commission who believes that the commission failed to impose an appropriate disciplinary measure after a hearing under Alaska Stat. § 22.30.011(b) may submit a report recommending a different disciplinary measure. The report shall accompany the majority report and may be submitted by the member to the chief justice of the supreme court, the attorney general, and the chair of the senate and house judiciary committees.
