(a) Except as provided in Alaska Stat. § 44.37.011, Alaska Stat. Chapter 44.62 (Administrative Procedure Act) applies to this chapter.

Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 27.19.080

commissioner: means the commissioner of natural resources. See Alaska Statutes 27.40.010

(b) The commissioner may adopt regulations to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
