(1) “affixation affidavit” means an affixation affidavit under AS 34.85.060;

Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 28.10.269

  • Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
(2) “severance affidavit” means a severance affidavit under AS 34.85.120.
