The record owner of property on which an assessment is imposed under Alaska Stat. § 29.55.105 shall obtain

(1) for each proposed energy or resilience improvement project,

Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 29.55.120

  • Baseline: Projection of the receipts, outlays, and other budget amounts that would ensue in the future without any change in existing policy. Baseline projections are used to gauge the extent to which proposed legislation, if enacted into law, would alter current spending and revenue levels.
  • property: includes real and personal property. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(A) a review of the energy, emissions, or resilience baseline conditions, as appropriate; and
(B) the projected reduction in energy costs, energy consumption or demand, or emissions affecting local air quality, or increase in resilience, as appropriate; and
(2) for each completed energy or resilience improvement project, verification that the energy or resilience improvement project was properly completed and is operating as intended.
