Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 32.11.110
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
Subject to Alaska Stat. § 32.11.120, the partnership agreement may grant to all or a specified group of the limited partners the right to vote on a per capita or other basis on any matter.
