- Deed: The legal instrument used to transfer title in real property from one person to another.
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
A rental agreement, assignment, conveyance, trust deed, or security instrument may not permit the receipt of rent free of the obligation to comply with Alaska Stat. § 34.03.100(a).
