Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 34.35.325

  • Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

The person performing the service or doing the work or furnishing the material mentioned in Alaska Stat. § 34.35.320 is only entitled to a lien under Alaska Stat. § 34.35.32034.35.390 for service, work, or material furnished for the six months, or a shorter period, preceding the recording of a claim under Alaska Stat. § 34.35.330.
