Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 35.10.250
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
If an unauthorized encroachment exists in, on, under, or over a state public facility, the department may require the removal of the encroachment, at the expense of the owner, in the manner provided in Alaska Stat. § 35.10.260 – 35.10.270.
