Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 36.90.265

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

Alaska Stat. § 36.90.20036.90.290 apply to a public construction or public works contract of a political subdivision if the political subdivision has entered into a written contract with the state for the state to provide funds for the public construction or public work.
