(a) All chattels accepted under the provisions of Alaska Stat. § 37.20.010 are subject to the jurisdiction of the Department of Administration for distribution to the appropriate department.

Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 37.20.030

  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
(b) All land accepted under the provisions of Alaska Stat. § 37.20.010 is subject to the jurisdiction of the Department of Natural Resources.
(c) All public buildings accepted under the provisions of Alaska Stat. § 37.20.010 are subject to the jurisdiction of the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities.
