- action: includes any matter or proceeding in a court, civil or criminal. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
- agricultural land: means land chiefly valuable for agricultural purposes. See Alaska Statutes 38.05.965
- Appraisal: A determination of property value.
- commissioner: means the commissioner of natural resources. See Alaska Statutes 38.05.965
