Alaska Statutes 39.60.070 – Terms of agreement by municipality to participate in fund

An agreement under Alaska Stat. § 39.60.050(a) for a municipality to participate in the fund must require that the municipality

(1) contribute to the fund as determined by the commissioner under Alaska Stat. § 39.60.050(a);

municipality: means a political subdivision incorporated under the laws of the state that is a home rule or general law city, a home rule or general law borough, or a unified municipality. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

(2) is current with contributions required under this section; and

(3) complies with applicable regulations adopted by the commissioner.
