- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
In addition to any other remedy provided by law, the attorney general may seek an injunction and damages at the request of the commissioner for a violation of a regulation adopted under Alaska Stat. § 41.21.500 – 41.21.514 or a regulation that is applicable to the Kenai River Special Management Area established under Alaska Stat. § 41.21.502.
