A person who is an employee of a communications common carrier or of an electronic communication service or of a private investigation agency, and has knowledge of the probable occurrence of conduct that violates a provision of Alaska Stat. § 42.20.300 or 42.20.310 shall report the conduct, in writing, to the commissioner of public safety within 30 days after learning of the conduct.
