Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 42.30.080

  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

A person who knowingly violates Alaska Stat. § 42.30.060 or 42.30.070 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and is punishable by a fine of not more than $2,000, or by imprisonment for not more than 18 months, or by both.
