The commissioner of revenue or the commissioner of natural resources may request from an applicant information that the respective commissioner determines is necessary to perform the respective commissioner’s responsibilities under Alaska Stat. § 43.82.140. If the application is approved under Alaska Stat. § 43.82.140, the respective commissioner shall require the successful applicant to provide financial, technical, and market information regarding the qualified project that the respective commissioner determines is necessary for the purpose of developing contract terms for the qualified project under Alaska Stat. § 43.82.200. If requested information is not provided, the commissioner of revenue may not continue to review the application under Alaska Stat. § 43.82.140 or develop the contract under Alaska Stat. § 43.82.200 – 43.82.270, as applicable.
