Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 44.19.020

  • state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(2) appoint notaries public;
(3) adopt regulations under Alaska Stat. Chapter 44.62 (Administrative Procedure Act) that establish for the broadcasting of notices under Alaska Stat. § 44.62.190 and 44.62.310(e) the frequency of the broadcasts, appropriate broadcast times, and the locations for the broadcasts; the regulations must be reasonably calculated to provide the widest possible exposure of the notices.
